‘Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor. It must be demanded by the oppressed’’.

To find out a suitable strategic plan for achieving our demands and rights from the model employer a congregation is very much essential.

Strategy has to be necessarily be chalked out and carried out by us, the oppressed.

Hence, finalising a policy and programme and to determine the leadership is of great importance for the oppressed. Such events are the part of the Conferences.

36th Conference of All India Audit and Accounts Officers Association shall be held on 4th, 5th, & 6th March 2017 at Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh.

We have been denied our genuine rights to Up Gradation of Pay Levels of Sr.AOs and AOs and there are so many other issues.

We might all have come in different boats to this department. But we are in the same boat now.

Our problems are similar, our issues are similar, Our feelings are similar. Naturally our demands for progress will also be similar.

Attend the 36th Conference of All India Audit and Accounts Officers Association as a delegate.

Spare your time; spend your time for the sake of common up-liftment of our cadre. There is an existential moment in your life when you must decide to speak for yourself. Nobody else can speak for you.

Since Independence Gazetted Officers in Central Government do not have apex level Grievance redressal mechanism.

Without such a mechanism, their major demands were never properly heard by the masters. 

How long should we be slaves?

To ensure that the situation does not continue we have built the

Confederation of Central Government Gazetted Officers Organizations.

One of the Founding members of CCGGOO is our All India Audit and Accounts Officers Association.

This Federation has consistently fought for removal of Very Good bench mark and irrational applicability of Rule 56 J and for Anomaly committee to Gazetted Officers

It is to build a better environment, this Federation constantly strives.

The 36th Conference of Such Federation has been notified. 

To overcome adverse conditions imposed upon the Gazetted officers, the only option before us is to strengthen the hands of our Federation

Dear Sir,

Good Morning.

"Destiny is not created by the shoes we wear, but by steps we take.”

36th Conference of our Federation shall be held on 4th, 5th & 6th March 2017 at Bhopal, in Madhya Pradesh, Central Part of India.

This Federation has relentlessly fought for the rights of Sr.AOs and AOs and has made considerable achievements.

In the induction to IAAS cadre, improvement of age limit position, it has achieved a milestone.

In the Conferment of Group A Status we have got a historic verdict from the High court of Delhi.

Getting the 6600 for Sr.AOs through MACP is another achievement that has brought lot of Cheers to our Cadre.

That even retired SAOs would benefit is a stupendous achievement.

These are the fruits of our Struggle, the historical one day Mass Casual Leave programme.
