voluntarily given by the oppressor. It must be demanded by the oppressed’’.
To find out a suitable
strategic plan for achieving our demands and rights from the model employer a
congregation is very much essential.
Strategy has to be
necessarily be chalked out and carried out by us, the oppressed.
Hence, finalising a
policy and programme and to determine the leadership is of great importance for
the oppressed. Such events are the part
of the Conferences.

36th Conference of All India
Audit and Accounts Officers Association shall be held on 4th, 5th, & 6th
March 2017 at Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh.
We have been denied our
genuine rights to Up Gradation of Pay Levels of Sr.AOs and AOs and there are so
many other issues.
We might all have come in
different boats to this department. But we are in the same boat now.
Our problems are similar,
our issues are similar, Our feelings are similar. Naturally our demands for
progress will also be similar.
Attend the 36th Conference of
All India Audit and Accounts Officers Association as a delegate.
Spare your time; spend your
time for the sake of common up-liftment of our cadre. There is an existential
moment in your life when you must decide to speak for yourself. Nobody else can
speak for you.
